This is a list of some of Oakdale's clients and contracts to date:

• Design & Management of 150,00ft2 factory space for CBS at Driffield Business Park
• Design & Management of two factories and one warehouse for Kybotech Ltd. at Sutton on Trent
• Completion of offices and warehouses at Business Park in Hartlepool for E.M.D. Ltd. Value of Project £1.8M 
• Design & construction of new B1 unit in Hartlepool £0.16M 
• Completion of offices and factory units Business Park in Peterborough 
• Design of new stadium for Doncaster Rovers F.C. Ltd. In 1994 and 1996 designed and constructed all safety work required by the Football Licensing Authority on their existing ground in the close season. 
• Design of new Golf Clubhouse Refurbishment scheme for Doncaster Town Moor Golf Club and the subsequent Project Management of the works. 
• Design and installation of seating conversion scheme for Scunthorpe United F.C. 
• Design of warehouse scheme in Hartlepool. Fee basis. 
• Design of new football stadium for Positive Location Properties Ltd. in Bristol. 
• Design of a Business Park, South Kirkby enterprise zone for E.M.D. Ltd. 
• Design & construction of Racquets Squash Club refurbishment in Scunthorpe £100K
• Design and Project Management of the new Stainforth Meadow Court Greyhound Racing Stadium. Design includes a proposed new Leisure Centre. Value £1.5M 
• Feasibility Study for Scunthorpe Borough Council's Food Hall. Fee basis. 
• Design of new 18 hole golf course for Hirst Priory Park G.C. (Now called Lincolnshire Golf Club) Fee basis. 
• Design of new factory for steelwork fabrication company, Swinton 
• Design of structural steel mezzanine floor for St. Martins Foods, Waltham Abbey 
• Design and Project Management of a new irrigation scheme for Holme Hall Golf Club 
• Currently engaged to design the development scheme for Staynor Hall farm and adjoining land, some 150 acres. Fee basis. 
• Design and construction of office facilities for Ironhart Limited (Trustees Savings Bank) at Stretton Green Distribution Park, Warrington, approximately £500K 
• Construction of foundations and groundworks for Baggaley Construction Limited for South Yorkshire Housing Association, Sheffield. Approx £100K 
• Designed and constructed the Training Building, followed by the Contractors
• Compound and then the new Acid Storage Facility at Killingholme Power Station for National Power plc., value approx £0.5M. This was followed by further contracts for National Power and ABB Power Generation Ltd. on an ongoing basis 
• Designed and constructed new workshops and paint booth for Covair Ltd. £36K 
• Design & construction of a new distribution centre for J. S. Dakin & Co., the work is now entering phase three - a massive expansion for Dixons Mastercare with work to the value of £6M 
• Construction of foundations and large diameter water trunk main for Chester Water Company as part of a contract through Westbury Tubular Structures for the associated railway bridge crossing. 
• Design and Construction of extension works to the Mount Pleasant Hotel, Doncaster. 
• Design and construction of external paving schemes for Dalgety Agriculture PLC. 
• Refurbishment of existing offices and creation of hard landscaped courtyards at The Maltings, Hull for TSB Lloyds Bank. 
• Design and Construction of Acid Storage Facility at Little Barford Power Station for National Power. Value £202K 
• Construction of all civil engineering works for Westbury Tubular Structures Ltd. in a pipe bridge crossing the main line railway at Chester. 
• Construction of all civil engineering work for a pedestrian footbridge at Pontypridd station. 
• Concept design for new waste-to-energy plant for BPI Projects Ltd. 
• Design and construction of new dock loading facilities for Mastercare Service and Distribution. 
• Design and construction of new dock loading facilities for Panasonic Logistics UK Ltd.
