Water Storage

T&G Irrigation can provide you with water storage facilities ranging from 500 gallon plastic tanks, to ¼ million gallon tanks. Of course, that isn't all - for example, at Quinta De Marinha, Portugal, four of these tanks were interconnected to provide 1 million gallons of storage capacity. It is usual for the Oakdale engineers to design and construct their own reinforced concrete bases for the tanks to be built upon. Bases are designed to suit specific soil conditions and where necessary piles have been installed to carry the loads to suitable strata.

We offer a full repair service for tank lining systems. Such work is normally carried out during the maintenance period but we cater for all emergency call outs.

We install all types of tank fill systems ranging from simple ball valve float switches, to radio controlled remote activation systems where external water sources are being exploited. We can provide subterranean holding tanks with suspended duck-foot one-way valves serving above ground pumping stations.
